The scriptwriters in the Moore Years leaned too hard to humour. Given the chance to act sombre, even sinister, Moore could do a stellar job as Bond.

I really wish that Christopher Walkin and Grace Jones should of placed the main villains in a better film because they mostly get forgotten about because of A View to a Kill being a pretty bad film.

I wonder what made the producers think they should go really dark for this film?
